How to Apply
Our foundation is committed to providing scholarship opportunities to those with financial need when they are accepted into an accredited college or university. These scholarships will benefit students who are burn survivors, who suffer severe frost-bite, and those who have been treated in a burn unit for soft tissue injury.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Resident of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa or Wisconsin
- Provide proof of volunteerism
- Must have been treated in a burn center
- Must be a high school senior or graduate
